What I Believe
I believe that work, life, spirit and family all must and can co-exist successfully. 
I believe that you and I are here to contribute something to the world that only we can each uniquely give.  If we don’t give it, it’s lost.  This is our legacy.
I believe that there always is a way to achieve whatever can or must be done.
I believe in you, your greatness and the amazing fact that you are here for mankind.
I believe in brilliance, empowerment, kindness and compassion.

What I've Done
I could give you my resume, but let me tell you what ranks for me.  Here is my snapshot view of what I've done, maybe jumbled in time but all made me who I am
  • Attended and graduated from West High School in Columbus Ohio.  Go Cowboys!
  • Was fortunate to have teachers and friends believe in me; including my greatest friend ever and teacher of the heart - Angie Mosely.
  • Graduated at the top of my law class, wrote onto the law journal and then quit.  
  • Lived in the NYC YMCA while I interviewed to find a job to move there.  
  • When in my first job in Manhattan, only had $1 until I was paid the next day.  I had to chose whether to walk home 90 blocks and eat or take the subway and not eat.  I chose to walk the 90 blocks and enjoy the city of my choice.
  • Helped build the go-to-market strategy for Deloitte post-sarbanes.  Then, I IMPLEMENTED it.
  • Built the first global capabilities for recruiting, succession planning, and diversity at CBS in a role created around my skills by the CEO.
  • Built and launched consumer product and tech companies that started only as ideas.
  • Created global privacy programs, negotiated MSA's with global mega-companies, drove huge revenues, and created launch plans for the impossible.
  • Blessed with and was called up to support my fabulous two boys who are way ahead of me in their passions and talents.
  • Launched a wild horse non-profit - American Wild Horse Foundation - to preserve our collective history of empowered "wildness." This is a legacy project that I discovered was important to me using what I share in Don't Play Small.  
  • Stayed with my Mother as she walked Home to God and then with my Father as he did.  Yeah, 100% - this is the biggest thing for me.
